SBA Loans

We can provide both 7a and 504 program loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”).  SBA loans provide a government guarantee for at least some of the funds borrowed, which in turn allows us to provide more flexible terms than might otherwise be available.  For example, many SBA loans permit lower down payments and longer amortization periods than typical financing.  Many real estate investors have found that an SBA loan, combined with the other services we furnish, can provide the financial foundation needed to launch or expand.
