Our developer residential construction loan program offers extensive budgeting and disbursement support and is targeted towards projects of between one and twenty homes. This program supports both attached and detached homes. We maintain a strong commitment to advancing affordable housing in our market areas.
For multifamily and commercial real estate, we offer construction financing for both owner occupied and investor owned properties, with a particular expertise in apartments, medical office, professional office, retail, and light manufacturing projects.

Our construction loans present a variety of rate and index options to best meet your financial needs. We maintain maximum ratios of loan amount to appraised stabilized value, bulk sale value, and cost based upon the nature of the property. We provide interest reserves for various types of projects, and terms of between six and twenty-four months based upon the projected construction schedule.
