Term Loans

We offer term loans of up to seven years to Accountants, Attorneys, Physicians, Dentists, Opticians, and other professionals.  In general, the length of our term loans corresponds to the remaining productive life of the asset being financed.  Many professionals find that financing major equipment purchases and tenant improvements with term financing makes the most sense for them.  Our professional term loans can be fixed rate or floating rate, with the latter based on a number of indices such as the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate or 1, 3, 6, or 12 month LIBOR.  Term loan payments can be automatically deducted from your designated deposit account.  Our technology systems allow us to customize our term loans to best meet the needs of our customers.
