Our approach to serving professionals is to first get to know the individuals, their professional group, and their closely held entities.  Based on that knowledge and the goals and requirements of the professional, we work consultatively with you to advance your financial objectives.  We do not “sell” a “one size fits all” product.
 
Our experienced bank officers often work with the accountants, tax planners, and financial advisors utilized by professionals to ensure we are providing the best combination of depository services, cash management, credit facilities, and transaction processing.  We assign each professional a specific relationship manager, who develops a strong understanding of your practice and builds longstanding relationships with you and your professional group.
 
Our executive management team spends considerable time working with professionals and is readily available to provide assistance.  In addition, our Board of Directors includes professionals from multiple disciplines who volunteer time to assist the bank and its customers.
 
Our professional customers have access to the bank’s meeting facilities, including a 650 square foot conference room with electronic presentation capabilities and catering amenities.
 
Professionals who bank with us receive the cell phone number of their relationship manager.  Your relationship manager carries a personal digital assistant so the he or she may access e-mail at any time.  In addition, we provide all of our relationship managers with laptop computers so that they can easily bring the bank to your office.
