Online Deposit

American Principle Bank offers Online Deposit. This is the service whereby customers can scan checks at their location for deposit into their account at the bank. Online Deposit utilizes a desktop scanner that connects to your personal computer, which in turn connects to the Internet via a high speed service such as DSL or cable. Online Deposit is commonly also referred to as:

• Customer Capture
• eDeposit
• Remote Deposit

The latest generation of our Online Deposit system is compatible with both the Windows Vista and Windows XP operating systems.  This software is now entirely Internet-based, making it more user-friendly than ever.  Enhancements include:

• Easy-to-use, browser-based interface
• Improved reporting options, including the ability to export deposit information to a spreadsheet
• Ability to set custom-tailored user permissions and limits

Current Online Deposit customers will be contacted to schedule an upgrade.  In the interim, the prior generation software will continue to function normally.
