American Principle Bank’s first Annual Meeting of Shareholders will occur on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 commencing at 6:30 PM Pacific Time.  The Annual Meeting will be held in the Garden Room of the Madonna Inn.  The Madonna Inn is located at 100 Madonna Road, San Luis Obispo, CA  93405.  The Record Date for voting at the 2008 Annual Meeting is March 31, 2008.  Shareholders will receive Annual Meeting packages in the mail approximately the third week of April, 2008.
