Your Relationship Manager is responsible for your total satisfaction with our bank. Our greatest measure of success is when our customers refer to their relationship manager as “my banker”.
As a business customer of American Principle Bank, you will have the cell phone number of your Relationship Manager. Your Relationship Manager carries a personal digital assistant so the he or she may access e-mail at any time. In addition, we provide all of our Relationship Managers with laptop computers so that they can easily bring the bank to your business, whenever and wherever you choose.
Your Relationship Manager undergoes continual training in the bank’s extensive inventory of products and the bank’s wide range of delivery options. Our goal is to ensure that the bank fosters the success of your business. We look forward to growing with you!
